Here for brunch on a Friday. Service was very good and drinks were replenished in plentiful supply. Good atmosphere and nice hotel surroundings. The brunch package was good value for money, but to be honest the food was a bit hit n miss. Which is a shame considering the profile of the restaurant. The largest disappointment was the fish n chips. The fish smelts and tasted frozen. You know the odour that just resonates. Two of us ordered this and both left the dish because of this reason. It was a surprise to be honest as we had heard good things about the food here. We informed the team and to be fair they offered us an alternative immediately, which we declined.
The starters were very good – sharing plates. The desserts only ok. Would I go back – yes. In a hurry – probably no. Lots of choice here!

A Dubai Marina Restaurant Fudged This TripAdvisor Review For Its Own Benefit
Scoring a high TripAdvisor rating is a key focus for many restaurants.
Tourists who visit a new city and even locals swear by reviews to determine their next dinner outing. High scores and genuinely positive reviews on the travel site are a known way to entice more customers through the door, which means the online review industry is a big business, and positive reviews are a reason to celebreate.
However, one Dubai Marina restaurant recently celebrated a little too quickly. The received a decidedly average review but only shared part of it (the good part) on Instagram, with the caption, ‘receiving a wonderful review from satisfied guest truly delights us all”.
The reviewer, who has written over 100 reviews on the travel website, gave the restaurant 3 out of 5 stars, spotted the snub to his full review, and called the restaurant out in the comment section of the Instagram post.
