The Salik Toll Gate Operator has announced a total of three new spots they will operate in this year.

Two out of the three toll gates will be at Business Bay Crossing on Al Khail Road, and Al Safa South on Sheikh Zayed Road between Al Meydan Street and Umm Al Sheif Street.

This is set to commence operation in November 2024

The two new gates will increase Salik’s total number of toll gates in Dubai from eight to ten

Their objective is to manage traffic distribution and reduce congestion by rerouting some traffic to alternative routes with greater capacity, facilitating smoother and more efficient travel for all motorists in Dubai.

Salik has also collaborated with another establishment this year…

The news comes in addition to the toll gate announcing operations in all Emaar malls last month

That’s right, The Salik Tollgate is coming to your favourite Dubai Mall too.

Salik will work with Emaar Malls to introduce a Salik system to the mall’s private parking spaces from late this year. 

The aim is to deliver a seamless and efficient parking management system at the world-famous Dubai Mall.
