Some Seriously Cool 3D Street Art Has Just Appeared In City Walk
Shoppers, browsers and city explorers in City Walk this weekend were left picking their jaws from the floor after new street art appeared in the cool shopping district.
A collab between Brand Dubai and Meraas, the neighbourhood has transformed into a GIANT canvas which you can check out until August 31. The theme is ‘Travelling Through Art’, incredibly fitting as many of us have sacked off all travel plans due to COVID-19, but all is not lost thanks to this fun new addition to your weekend plans!

Something fun to do one evening this week: This weekend saw live meditation and fascinating experimental pendulum painting sessions twice a day
There was also live calligraphy challenges showcased by local artist Ahmed ElMehri as well as street musical performances and mime artists and you can expect more to come from the exhibition which will be on show until the end of August.

Both local and international artists including Guinness World Record holder Juandrés Vera have come together for this festival
Prepare to be in awe of the 3D murals that Vera made famous. They have been displayed in museums and galleries around the world, they’ve super interactive, (yup, you’ll def be snapping a pic next to one of these!) and they’re available to see up close now.
