Here are all the holidays of 2024
- New Years Day: January 1
- Eid Al Fitr: April 8 – 12
- Arafat Day: June 15
- Eid Al Adha: June 16 – 18
- Islamic New Year: July 7
- Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday: September 15
- UAE National Day: December 2-3
Astronomers predict that Ramadan will begin on March 11, 2024. If that’s the case, then Eid al Fitr will fall on April 10, 2024.
Eid al Fitr holidays in the UAE are from Ramadan 29 to Shawwal 3 in the Islamic calendar and if April 10 is the first day of Eid al Fitr, then April 8 will be Ramadan 29 and April 12 will be Shawwal 3 as per the Gregorian calendar. In total that’ll be a 9-day break
