It’s one of the greatest feelings in the world to break your fast on the most appetizing dishes.

Lucky for you, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, has set the scene for a spectacular Ramadan season. For the first time, their prestigious restaurant Cordelia will welcome guests to indulge in a heavenly Iftar buffet menu, for AED235 per person.

You’ll be breaking your fast on dates, olives and dried apricots before you get to pick from some impressive Ramadan favourites. Choose from a selection of refreshing drinks and juices to several food sections including cheese and charcuterie, hot and cold mezze, a soup corner, an Indian section, live cooking stations, a shawarma station and a grill corner. Everything from Braised Lamb Shank with caramelized prunes and sesame seeds to Grilled Fish Fillet with butter and lemon sauce, will satisfy all your cravings.

There’s a special group rate on Iftar, valid for the first week of Ramadan only, where larger groups of 50 guests or more, can opt for one of three packages. Packages include Silver for AED 175 per person, Gold for AED 200 per person and Platinum for AED 245 per person.

Make your suhoor a memorable one

Head back to Dip Pool Lounge from 9pm to 3am for a delightful Suhoor with your family and friends. The Suhoor a-la-carte menu has all the dishes that keep you feeling satisfied for a day of fasting.
