Tracy Harmoush is a Dubai resident and content creator and this week she posted a video in honour of World Kindness Day.

Titled, ‘Kindness is the cheapest form of currency to pay forward’  the video shows her in various situations, demonstrating the various circumstances you can help others.

Acts of kindness can be as simple as you like, from simply handing out water bottles and picking up garbage, to bringing spare books to the open book markets that are scattered throughout the city, buying someone lunch, and even helping a lady on a low-wage out with some cash.

The people’s reactions show how a small gesture for you can mean so much to someone else
