Things just got easier for Dubai residents thanks to RTA. The Roads and Transport Authority has recently launched an automated chat system on WhatsApp called ‘Mahboob’ for customers who have inquiries. This communication channel is launched to take the load off of the RTA helpline and improve their customer services.
Now you can quickly get in touch with RTA regarding any issue; it is available in Arabic as well as English making it easier and user-friendly for customers. This smart service will allow quick response to customer queries with zero human intervention according to local reports.
Along with this, through this channel of communication, you can inquire about any information including vehicle registration, nol cards, abra and more.
Any information you need relating to driving licence renewal or more is now available through WhatsApp. Chat with #Mahboub on 00971588009090 and get all the answers easily.
