Using 100 Cameras – This Footage Of UAE Armed Forces Looks Just Like A Movie

You might want to stock up on the popcorn before you press play, because this video is theatre-worthy. It may not have played in an actual cinema but it might as well have! And the genius behind this must-watch vid is Emirati director and filmmaker Juma Al Sahli.

Juma Alsahli founded a production company known as Wrap Up Films, which he had produced award-winning films and videos, and had worked with HH Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah Court, ADNOC, UAE and KSA Armed Forces, Ministry of Interior, Abu Dhabi Police, Abu Dhabi Tourism and Authority. In addition to national songs with tier 1 singers; Hussain Al Jasmi, Meehad Hamad, Aidha Al Menhali, and Hamad Al Ameri.

It’s been a busy season and they have just wrapped up production with the UAE Armed Forces, and a new project for National Day – Golden Jubilee – Stay tuned to see the finished products!

We’re talking an 8K resolution, 100 cameras, buildings exploding in the background, action-packed video shot by a UAE-based Wrap Up Films!

Now, they’ve just wrapped up production with the… UAE Armed Forces!

Just like in the movies, lets start with a backstory so here it is for Wrap Up Films…
Al Sahli was in the crowds at the iDream Awards in 2003 when he received his first ever award for his short movie Al Wahel. It was in that moment that the newly conceived media production company was established in Abu Dhabi. It’s been awards after awards since then, including the Muhr Emirati Award in the prestigious Dubai International Film Festival for his movie Raas Al Ghanam.
They’ve been on a roll, producing TVCs, National Songs, and short films for UAE and regional governments. Yes we said governments! They’ve worked with reputable clients such as The UAE Armed Forces, Abu Dhabi Police and Ministry of Interior to name a few.

Al Sahli has made heritage preserving videos for government bodies that you gotta check out

Al Sahli realised his passion for filmmaking and is known for tackling sensitive subjects such as domestic violence against women and drug abuse.

But, as an Emirati, he decided to shift his focus to preserving the heritage and culture of the UAE through directing Emirati films, patriotic music videos, and corporate videos for government bodies.

With a media profession that spans 25 years, in that time acting as a Media Advisor to the General Secretariat the Office of HH the Minister of the Interior. Now he’s the TV COO at Abu Dhabi Media, the largest media company in the UAE.
