The 2017 Dubai property trends have been released by Property Finder, and they’re exactly what you would expect.

The Marina is the front runner for preferred apartment living, while the Springs is the number one chosen community for villas in Dubai in 2017.

Dubai Marina is the top choice by a mile

For villa dwellers, the Springs and Arabian Ranches come top of the list

The big jumper this year was Mirdif, just moved from number 10 in 2016 to number three in 2017.
