Dubai International Airport reached a MAJOR milestone last year by welcoming its one BILLIONTH passenger.

The airport is also reportedly the busiest airport in the world for international travellers today

To put that into perspective – just in 2018 alone, the airport welcomed 90 million passengers.

And Emirates just shared a nostalgic throwback picture of the long way the airport has come
