Mall of the Emirates has partnered with local courier service, Fetchr, to launch a new bag-drop service for shoppers, which was launched on Thursday. 

The service allows customers to have their bags sent wherever they need them, so they don’t have to carry purchases around the mall.

The initiative, called ‘Hands Free Shopping’ will use Fetchr courier software to help customers direct their shopping to a set location, for delivery. 

Shoppers will be able to drop bags to collection desks around the mall, which will then be delivered to cars, homes or hotels.
