Craving some chocolate? How’s this ginormous egg, which stands more than 2.5 metres tall, weighs 200 kilograms and contains a little over 436,000 calories, looking?
Fairmont Dubai’s Executive Pastry Chef, French-national Romain Castet, has created Dubai’s biggest Easter egg yet and it’s a glorious beast.
80 kilograms of 55% dark chocolate has been used to make this egg and it has been placed in the center of the hotel’s atrium.
It took Fairmont Dubai’s engineering and culinary team four weeks to handcraft the egg.
This luxurious Easter egg will be on display at Fairmont Dubai from 18 March – 8 April.
