The British celebrity chef of Bulgarian / Turkish origin has three restaurants in Dubai – Omnia Gourmet, Omnia by Silvena and Omnia Bahart –  each one extremely popular with its set of diners.

The first one to open was Omnia Gourmet, a haven for healthy, delicious and organic food, in Jumeirah Fishing Village.
