The latest release by adidas, PureBOOST DPR are men’s shoes designed specifically for running the streets so we thought it’s worth exploring just what you need to know about running shoes and all their features.

The heel-to-toe offset 

This is the height difference between the sole at the toe and the heel. The PureBOOST DPR shoe has an 8mm offset – so the toe is 8mm lower than the heel. 

It’s kept to a minimum to maximise the natural movement of the foot, while still offering support. 

The weight of the shoe
