The Dubai Municipality has announced the launch of a new initiative to encourage residents to walk around the Dubai parks, with Ramadan Walk.
The Municipality has installed fridges in various parks around Dubai, filled with free juices, dates and dairy products to encourage people to get out and exercising during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
The initiative is partnering with Al Rawabi to distribute goods, and sees 30 fridges distributed in 22 parks.
Parks that have fridges include:
Sufouh, Nadd Al Sheba, Zabeel, Safa, Quran Park, Al Khawaneej, Nadd Al Hamar, Mirdif, Uptown Mirdif, Al Warqa 2, Al Warqa 3, Al Nahda Pond Park, Al Tawar 1, Al Tawar 2, Al Tawar 3, Umm Suqeim, Qusais, Abu Hail, Al Barsha 1, Al Quoz, Muhaisnah, and Mizhar.
