Philippines Airline is cancelling its Manila-Abu Dhabi route as of July 8, due to ‘route assessments’ it has been revealed.
The airline, which operates three weekly flights between the two capital cities, will be terminating the flights indefinitely.
The airline will be offering refunds to any passengers who have booked flights on the route after July 8, or will be eligible to fly out of Dubai.
“Philippine Airlines will be temporarily suspending flights to and from Abu Dhabi (PR 656/657 Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays) effective July 8 this year until further notice.
“The temporary cancellation of the service is being carried out as PAL undertakes route assessment initiatives.”
