Chef’s choice and set menus aren’t new. They usually are supported by an ala carte option, and they are usually full plates for one person. However, this new concept, Rendez-vous a Table, is doing it differently. 

There are small plates. It’s a set menu, for two to share. You receive 5 plates to start, 5 mains and 5 deserts. All accompanied with paired grape. 

All the courses come out like this and you just pick and choose…

I didn’t quite get the Redenvouz-a-table concept, can you explain it again please?

You know when you see a menu and can’t make your mind up? What you really WANT is everything on it. Well, then this is perfect. There is a selection of items  for each course prepared for sharing: starters, entrees, and desserts, all handpicked by Chef to allow guests experience all the flavors from the menu in one night.

The restaurant is called Brassarie Quarter located on the first floor of the St. Regis hotel in Al Habtoor city

It’s worth going to Redenez-vouz just because it’s in the St Regis

This is a stunning hotel. For the beautiful long driveway, to the magnificent lobby, to the choices of restaurants and bars on offer, the attention to detail and overall design is a tribute to the first St Regis hotel that was opened in New Work in 1904. It is part of the Habtoor group, which also runs Bentley here, so no surprises that there is even a Bentley suite in the hotel.
