Dubai is tennis mad right now, following an amazing week of women’s tennis which culminated in a huge win for unseeded Swiss player Belinda Bencic.
Which brings us to men’s week. Round one of the Dubai Duty Free Championships kicks off on Monday, February 25 and the man that needs no introduction (a fellow Swiss player!) is in town and he’s readying himself for the tournament.
The Dubai Open is a tournament Federer, currently ranked world No. 7 rarely misses, (he won it seven times during his sterling tennis career) so it’s no surprise he’s on the court preparing to take home his eight.
