Al Barsha Fire Was Put Out Using Shaheen Drones
Yesterday, a fire erupted in a residential building behind the MOE in Al Barsha, sending plumes of smoke into the sky.
Shaheen drones helped Dubai Civil Defense put out the fire in just six minutes with no injuries reported
Dubai Civil Defense deployed its advanced ‘Shaheen’ drones to fight the blaze. These drones can handle high-rises up to 200m tall. Each drone carries 1,200 litres of water and firefighting foam. The aerial support gave firefighters the edge to stop the flames fast. Crews confirmed the fire was out in six minutes and that everyone remained safe.
Authorities confirmed that no casualties or injuries were reported. The cause of the fire has not yet been revealed.
This is yet another example of Dubai staying ahead with cutting-edge solutions in safety and emergency response.
