Usually a case at the Dubai Court can take up to 300 processing days but a new announcement will see a decline to 30 days.
The change comes with the announcement on Monday by the Dubai Courts to merge the first instance court, the appeal court and the cassation court – merging them together will cut costs and push efficiency.
By combining the three courts together, a case is then heard by the three judges in the same month to cut processing time rather than separate judgments.
