Another fire has broken out in a residential building in Dubai, following Downtown Dubai, Deira and Dubai Marina fires already this year. Dubai resident Andre van Niekerk is live tweeting the fire from a distance. The fire has broken out at Oceania residences. Firefighters are on the scene. We are praying that everyone is safe.
