Two British males and one British female tourist have been arrested on charges of extramarital marriage sex in Dubai.

The three tourists, two males (22 and 24) and a female (25) are facing charges for having sex and consuming alcohol without a license, according to 7days.ae. They are currently on bail after allegedly engaging in group sex in a hotel room in Dubai in October.

According to reports, the woman has claimed she was raped by the two men, however they are claiming the sex was consensual.  

Both the men and the woman have been released on bail 

The update on the story so far: the woman’s passport has been confiscated. She was on a stopover between the UK and Australia. If convicted, the sentence is between a month and three years after which she may be deported.
