Dubai Civil Defence are back again with another animal-loving initiative and (cue cheese) we’re loving it.

They’re introducing a mobile shelter which can accommodate up to 40 animals in need of shelter and which will be cared for by two full-time staff, according to local reports. 

Dubbed the ‘vet mobile’, technicians are currently working on installing features such as a cleaning system and waste-disposal facilities, before it will hit the roads.

This will be a small weight lifted off the shoulders of the various animal shelters in the UAE which face constant over-crowding during the summer months.
