On Saturday, October 14, a passenger suddenly had epileptic seizures, compelling the crew to take decisive action to ensure their well-being. The pilot swiftly contacted a Pakistani air traffic controller, and with their consent, the aircraft made an emergency diversion to Karachi, Pakistan, landing at 12:28pm local time at Jinnah terminal Karachi Airport.
The airline and airport staff, in collab with local authorities, worked seamlessly to provide immediate medical assistance to the distressed passenger. Under the vigilant eye of the airport doctor, the airport’s medical team administered essential care. After a thorough medical assessment, the passenger was declared fit to continue the journey.
