The video shows a man, engulfed by flames, trying to remove his clothes while people frantically rush around him trying to help.
Reports initially suggested the video was captured in Dubai Mall, but Dubai Police have confirmed this was inaccurate reporting.
The video was captured in Agadir, Morocco.
