A report has emerged that a Ugandan man allegedly committed suicide at Noor Bank Metro station on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident took place at approximately 2pm today and has been confirmed by Dubai Police who heard the man was facing financial difficulties, according to a report in the Khaleej Times.
People at the scene told the publication they heard a noise and “after about 10 seconds, I saw an African on the ground, covered in blood”.
