You hold a confirmed booking on one of the limited operating flights
Transit passengers connecting through Dubai will only be accepted if their onward flight is confirmed as operational.
Also worth noting: All Emirates city check-in locations in Dubai are temporarily closed until further notice.
Are any flights operating?
While most scheduled services remain grounded, Emirates is running a strictly limited schedule for:
Repatriation flights
Cargo operations
Passengers with existing bookings are being prioritised.
If Your Flight Was Cancelled, Here Are Your Options
Rebooking: Travel can be rescheduled on or before March 27, 2026
Refunds: Full refunds are available for tickets booked on or before March 12, 2026
If you booked through a travel agent, you’ll need to contact them directly. If you booked via the Emirates website, use the Manage Your Booking tool to update your details and receive live alerts.
And it’s not just Emirates.
Etihad Airways has suspended scheduled commercial flights to and from Abu Dhabi until 06:00 UAE time on March 6.
Air Arabia has suspended flights until March 9.
Qatar Airways operations remain suspended until further notice, pending the reopening of Qatari airspace.
So folks, scheduled Emirates flights remain suspended until the end of March 7. Limited operations are happening… but only for confirmed passengers. If you’re travelling soon, check your flight status directly with your airline before making any moves.
