Yesterday, weather in Dubai was bleak.

Clouds, mist, rainfall, fog, dust, sand…you name it. The only thing missing was torrential rain, much to the dismay of students and teachers, we reckon.

‘Cos in the event of heavy showers, it’s not unusual for UAE schools to close, in the interest of safety of students. Yesterday, however, schools remained open and today, a clearer day, there are no signs of schools shutting.

However one opportunistic student (or teacher?!) FORGED a tweet stating schools are shut

The Tweet stated schools would would be shut on Monday, by order of the Ministry of Education.
