The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) announced a couple of changes that will take effect in the 12th cycle of inspections happening next month, one being the reduction of paper throughout the inspection process.
In a series of tweets, KHDA revealed its plans to ensure that the schooling system in the UAEW remain up to par with the highest standards.
Instead, inspectors will use a smart platform and schools will no longer need to present paper-documents for the process.
Starting this year, inspections will also be paperless, so schools will be expected to use more sustainable ways of showcasing their strengths

We will also assess schools' provisions for Emirati students. In addition to evaluating student attainment and progress, inspectors will focus on the extent to which schools are fostering and cultivating Emirati students’ talents and skills.

Incredible!
If only schools internationally adopted more of these types of centered learning subjects.
Additionally, inspections will continue to focus on priority areas, which include the National Agenda, moral education, UAE social studies, innovation, inclusion and reading.
