At least 91 people have been killed, and more than 200 injured in an earthquake on the Indonesian island of Lombok (just off the east coast of Bali) overnight.

The earthquake was reported to be a magnitude of seven, and was felt in Bali.

Lombok and the nearby Gili Islands are being evacuated.

The UAE Embassy in Indonesia has issued an advisory to UAE nationals visiting the country

Informing them to follow local authorities, and contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on +971 800 44444, or to call the UAE Embassy on +62 811 8458444 and +62 215 206518.

The quake was also felt in Bali
