And this is exactly where the community shows up –
Lovin’ Dubai is launching a daily initiative to support people in need during the current crisis.
We’re calling on people and businesses across the UAE who may be affected. If you need help, tell us your story. We’ll share your story with our audience of over 2 million people and do our best to connect you with someone in the community who can help you.
The submission process
To participate, people or businesses can fill out the form below. Submissions should include a written description of the story and any images or videos the sender is happy for Lovin’ to share publicly.
Who can reach out?
Simple answer: Anybody and everybody.
This initiative is open to anyone across the UAE who may be feeling the impact of the current situation.
This could include:
Residents facing unexpected travel disruptions
People needing assistance with food or essentials
Pet owners trying to relocate animals safely
Small businesses navigating uncertainty
Visitors who are stranded and trying to get home
The list could go on. There’s no request that’s too big or too small.

Lovin’ Community Support: Terms and conditions
Submission Process To participate, individuals or businesses must send an email to hello@lovin.co with the subject line “Lovin’ Community Support.” Submissions should include a written description of the story and any images or videos the sender is happy for Lovin’ to share publicly.
Eligibility Submissions are open to individuals and businesses based in the UAE who are experiencing hardship or require support during the current crisis.
Consent to Publish By submitting a story, participants grant Lovin’ Dubai / Augustus Media permission to publish, edit, and share the submitted story, images, videos, and any accompanying information across its platforms, including but not limited to:
Social media
Website articles
Video content
Broadcast or podcast content
Accuracy of Information By submitting a story, participants confirm that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Lovin’ reserves the right to request additional information or verification before publishing.
Editorial Discretion Lovin’ Dubai reserves the right to select which stories are featured. Submission does not guarantee publication.
No Guarantee of Assistance While Lovin’ Dubai will aim to connect selected stories with community support, assistance, donations, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Community Contributions Any offers of support from individuals or businesses will be voluntary and arranged directly between the parties involved. Lovin’ Dubai is not responsible for managing, facilitating, or guaranteeing any support offered.
Image & Content Rights Participants must ensure they own the rights to any images or videos submitted and have permission from anyone appearing in the content.
Privacy Lovin’ Dubai may publish submitted names, stories, and images as part of the campaign. If participants wish for certain details to remain private, this should be clearly indicated in the submission.
Campaign Changes Lovin’ Dubai reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the campaign at any time if necessary.
