Maya Diab Inspires 10-Year-Old Cancer Survivor At A Dubai Event
In the heart of Dubai, an event unfolded to raise awareness for The Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon. The CCC of Lebanon hosted the Dubai Gala at the Coca-Cola Arena and it drew A-list celebrities in support of the cause last night. The guest list included Lucas Trad, a 10-year-old cancer survivor, who was the most important guest at the Dubai Gala.

Lebanese Singer Maya Diab met Lucas on the read carpet and shared words of wisdom with him
The 10-year-old cancer survivor interviewed Maya Diab before the Dubai Gala began and this is what she told him:
“I’m here because I love children, Lucas I love you. I want to tell you, If you’re a survivor you’re strong and you’ll teach them when you’re older. You’ll teach you friends and show them you’re stronger.”
Once their interview concluded, Maya Diab embraced Lucas in the most heartwarming way that could bring anyone to tears!
In 2023, Razane Jammal became the Ambassador for the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon
Her goal as the ambassador is to spread awareness on their cause and raise funds for the center.
Razane Jammal and Lebanese Presenter Wissam Breidy asked Lucas a series of questions
The one that moved people the most was when they asked him what he wanted to be when he was older and he said:
“I want to be a doctor, a doctor that helps anyone who needs it, whether they have money or not.”
The Children’s Cancer Centre of Lebanon invited many celebrities from Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and more to attend the gala
Jordanian singer Siilawy, Canadian dancer Nora Fatehi, Iraqi singer Saif Nabeel, and Lebanese singers Anthony Adonis and Maya Diab took Coca-Cola Arena’s stage by storm.
