A Michelin-Starred Chef Is Opening A Deli At Riverland In Dubai Parks and Resorts

Avatar

What’s really nice is that you don’t need tickets to visit Riverland at Dubai Parks & Resorts. This 234,000sq ft area is a retail and dining destination along with being an entry point to Bollywood Parks, Motiongate, Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park.

In this area (which has a river and is designed like the theme park itself), Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens is opening his first international deli. Think a place where families can enjoy fresh food and beverages in a casual and buzzing environment.

Some of the stuff you can expect on the menu…

The daily changing menu includes sandwiches, paninis and wraps. It also has sweet bites like crepes and doughnuts filled with jelly and peanut butter. And the star item is cod dog – cod fish fingers served in a brioche roll.

The decor will be bright and stylish…

We’re talking walls with illustrations and bold graphics, chic furniture and a colourful ceiling.
