Two Young Children Have Tragically Drowned In A Pool In Mirdif On The Weekend
Two young children drowned in a family pool on Friday at a villa in Mirdif.
The two toddlers, aged 18 months, and two years old, were cousins, according to The National, and drowned around iftar time.
The children were at home with their mothers at the time of the incident – and ambulances rushed to the scene.
The 18-month-old Emirati girl died on the scene and the 2-year-old Emirati boy died in hospital on Saturday.
