Jumeirah – Beach adjacent and old school Arabian charm yet still pretty central. What’s not to love

JLT – Trendy restaurants with a residential feel, you never need to leave

JBR – Sea views with the beach on your doorstep

Deira – Character, old Dubai charm, and best of all; inexpensive. BOOM.

The Greens – An established ‘hood; when hipster cafes start to filter in, you know the area is on the up
