The plans are underway, but this is the first the public are hearing about it

HH Sheikh Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai, along with his father HH Sheikh Mohammed Ruler of Dubai unveiled the new ‘iconic luxury waterfront destination, which will eventually be the MENA’s largest Marina.’…And they’re calling it Dubai Harbour.

The harbour will include the marina, a cruise ship port, shopping mall, events arena, residential buildings, hotels, offices, retail stores
