The Next Long Weekend In The UAE Is Expected In 9 Weeks!
A 3-day long weekend was just NOT ENOUGH!
And with that, the countdown to the next long weekend in the UAE officially begins!
Us UAE peeps can expect the next long weekend in 9 weeks, from October 21 -23 to be exact!
Which is expected to be a 3-day long weekend on the occasion of Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.
Following that the last long weekend of 2021 will take place from December 1 – 4 on the occasion of Commemoration Day + National Day. Which will basically be a 4-day long weekend… a bummer that it’s not longer but we will take what we get!

So here’s the breakdown of the upcoming 2021 public holidays:
1. October 21 -23 birth of Prophet Muhammad:
The 3-day weekend will take place from Thursday, October 21, to Saturday, October 23.
2. December 1 – 4 Commemoration Day + National Day:
The last break of the year 2021 will run for four days from Wednesday, December 1, to Saturday, December 4.
