The record rains in Pakistan have taken the lives of 1,300 people, and hundreds of thousands of people displaced- its people are in need of help.

The UAE has shown strong support with multiple aid planes transporting much-needed medical supplies, and this weekend, Dubai residents gathered to provide emergency support, packing thousands of relief kits which will be delivered immediately to Pakistan

Taking place at Expo City Dubai, the event showcased the humanitarian soul and spirit of the UAE. The event was named – “We Stand Together” according to Dubai Cares and in total 1,200 tonnes of food, health and hygiene items, 30,000 relief kits will be delivered with the help of UAE residents.

Along with that, the Pakistan Association Dubai in collaboration with Dar Al Ber Society has kicked off an incredible donation drive

• Tents, mattresses, beds, sleeping bags
• Blankets, bedding/sheets, mosquito nets
• Dry rations (lentils, pulses, rice)
• New clothing and shoes/socks
• Hygiene essentials (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, sanitizers)
• Crockery (utensils, dishes)
• Build a house (help build a house for the flood victims – contact 050 7887923 or 050 508 3743)

Important: Please ensure that all donated items are in brand new condition. They are not permitted by the authorities to accept old/used items.
