A Passenger Travelling From Dubai Had To Be Physically Restrained By Emirates’ Cabin Crew After He Became Unruly Mid-Flight
A 74-year old elderly man from Nigeria was physically restrained by cabin crew of a Chicago-bound Emirates jet after he became unruly mid-flight.
As per the international media reports, the man was handed to the authorities and later taken to the hospital by the police after landing in Chicago.
Emirates followed the standard protocol
The airlines spoke to a local newspaper and reiterated on how the safety of the crew and passengers are of utmost importance in a scenario like this.
Their statement
“Emirates can confirm that a passenger on flight EK235 from Dubai to Chicago on 23 January had to be restrained by cabin crew due to unruly behaviour.
