Winter is probably a strong word to describe the weather we experience in Dubai between December and January.

The weather cools, you definitely need to carry a jacket about the place and the mornings are crisp and fresh, but yeah…maybe ‘winter’ is a strong word.

This weekend, we saw the start of ‘the chill’

More appropriate than ‘winter’ maybe? Anyway, while the sun shone for National Day, the fog also caused hassle at Dubai airport, where flights were delayed for up to an hour due to poor visibility. But in case you missed it, this is how bad the fog got during the weekend (and there’s more to come).
