The Holy Month of Ramadan is upon us, and the level of Dubai’s generosity is one that has stayed consistent throughout the years.

This time around, the Dubai Charity Association (DCA) has announced plans to run local and international projects WORTH AED22million!

75,000 Iftar meals will be handed out to mosques

Ramadan is the time of giving, and DCA is undoubtedly on top of their game with plans to hand out around 75,000 meals across the month of Ramadan- throughout 25 mosques in the UAE.

Bless.

The campaign is called Ramadan Meer (food packages) and food, Zakat Al Fitr and more are planned to be given

A senior official at the DCA confirmed with The Khaleej Times that food packages like iftar meals, Zakat Al Fitr, Eid clothes and zakat are part of the six projects that its organisation aims to look after.

This isn’t the first or the last time the DCA has done this

More than 15,000 families are expected to benefit from this, this Ramadan.
