The Eid Al Adha holiday will most likely fall on Friday, September 1 according to details available on the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department of the Government of Dubai.

However, the date is still dependent on a moon sighting.

On this holiday, employees can usually expect three days vacation.

Eid al Adha is the second of the two Eid holidays and considered more holy than the first. The holiday is a time for Muslims to gather, to remember Allah’s bounties, families donate Eid clothing, make animal sacrifices and make donations towards Zakat.
