Chef Izu has undoubtedly made his mark on the Dubai dining scene, but a visit from HH Sheikh Mohammed, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to his new Mediterranean-Greek resto Gaia, further cements his status.
HH Sheikh Mohammed was pictured leaving the distinctive DIFC restaurant along with HH Sheikh Hamdan, Crown Prince of Dubai, the snaps were shared on Chef Izu’s Instagram account this week.
