Yesterday marked an important day for senior citizens in the UAE.
HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai approved the “National Policy for Senior Emiratis” which aims to pay more attention to senior citizens.
The policy will improve their quality of life, while also ensuring their participation in society through seven components including health care and community involvement.
