Credited with unifying the emirates, Sheikh Zayed was the vision cherished by the nation for steering the UAE into the modern, tolerant nation it is known as today. HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was the UAE’s first President, much loved by his people, his visions and belief systems have remained steadfast as benchmarks for the society we live in to this day.

His modern views welcomed all expats to live and worship in the UAE allowing for an open, inclusive environment which welcomes all nationalities to co-exist

In 1966, Sheikh Zayed generously donated land for an Anglican church in Abu Dhabi. It stands today, next to a Mosque and a Catholic Church… this is one small example of his unrestricted acceptance and respect of other cultures and faiths to worship and settle here.
