Here’s a look back at all the winners who took home the city’s love.

1) Lovin’ Business Visionary – Yousuf Bhai, Master Perfumer and Founder

Perfumes have a whole different fan base in Dubai. And Dr. Yusuf Madappan (more fondly known as Yousuf Bhai) tapped into this space beautifully with his art of perfumery. With a blend of tradition and innovation, Yousuf Bhai’s perfumes became the go-to for the community. The master perfumer took home the Business Visionary award with his long-lasting impression on the people.

2) Lovin’ Charitable Act of The Year – Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Healthcare Entrepreneur

Dr. Shamsheer’s community service is known right from his title of “Dr.”, but the act that won people’s hearts was his charitable contributions following the tragic Air India Flight 171 crash. Dr. Shamsheer pledged AED2.5 million to support affected families. The crash, which claimed the lives of four MBBS students and several relatives of medical professionals, left the families broken and stranded. In darkest hours like these, Dr Shamsheer’s kindness and empathy gave a ray of hope to the victims’ families.

3) Lovin’ Community Champion – Muhammed Sajjad KP, UAE Weatherman

Dubai’s favorite rain chaser. Muhammed Sajjad would organise community trips to chase the rains and would most definitely reach  faster than the first drop hits the Dubai roads.

This self-taught weather tracker has turned his passion into a full-fledged community movement and celebration of the nature. To the follower of rain clouds and storms, Lovin Dubai presented the Lovin Community Champion Award.

4) Lovin’ Dubai GOAT – Manal Rostom, Inspiring Athlete

From Everest to the finish lines of the world’s biggest marathons, Manal broke barriers and proudly took home the award for being the GOAT. Manal made history as the first Egyptian woman to climb Mt. Everest and empowered women around the world by proving that limits are meant to be challenged. The fellow hijab is also the founder of ‘Surviving Hijab’ – the world’s largest community supporting women wearing hijab on Facebook.

5) Lovin’ Feed Favourite – Glory Joseph, Female Delivery Rider

Glory was a glorious change to a profession that was normally seen as a man’s ride. The social media sensation, is among the very few women delivery riders in the UAE. Her energy, work, and online presence have made her a true crowd favourite. Receiving the award for the Feed Favorite was a shared emotional moment, and it was an honor for Lovin’ to have given the stage to celebrate Glory.

6) Lovin’ Made In Dubai – Huda Beauty

Founded by Huda Kattan, Huda Beauty is a global sensation that proudly traces its roots back to Dubai. From viral lip kits to game-changing foundations, Huda’s brand shaped the beauty industry and empowered an entire generation to embrace their identity and express it. Or more rightly so, flaunt it.

7) Lovin’ Pillar of Culture – AlRamsa Institute, Founded by Hanan AlFardan

If language is power; AlRamsa Institute is making that power accessible to everyone in the community.

Through immersive Emirati dialect courses and cultural education, she’s brought together non-native speakers to connect better with the community. For the rivers of differences people create, Hanan made a simple bridge, and the impact of it deserves to be celebrated widely.

8) Lovin’ Rising Star – Tia from Team Angel Wolf

Tia Watson, aka Little Ex Wolf, is a motivational speaker and social entrepreneur. She helps Team Angel Wolf promote inclusive living for people with disabilities through sports and community events. Tia’s efforts to take spread the message about inclusivity started from home.

Her brother Rio lives with a rare chromosome disorder that affects motor skills. And she wanted to ensure that he got to experience life and community as much as she could. Carrying along her brother, Tia took part in several challenges, from triathlons to swimming. The community holds immense respect for her efforts to bring the message regarding inclusion to the world.

9) Lovin’ Spirit – Reema Mahajan, Founder of Indian Women in Dubai

The group Indian Women in Dubai (IWD) began as a simple Facebook group to connect and catch up over coffee with like‑minded Indian women. Founder of IWD, Reema Mahajan believed “When women support each other, incredible things happen.” And surely enough, today IWD is one of the largest networking platforms for Indian expat women in the UAE.

They conduct podcasts and community initiatives that work towards creating a safe space for women to connect and grow.

10) Lovin’ Talk Of The Town – Haya’s Kitchen

A touch of Palestine in Dubai. Haya’s Kitchen, started by Haya Bishouty, brings Palestinian heritage, family recipes, and traditions to the city. The space is more than a cuisine, it’s a love letter to treasure an important heritage. Comforting dishes and communal tables – Haya’s Kitchen is like returning to a piece of their homes for Palestinians and a shared space to cherish their stories.

11) Lovin’ Legacy – Anas Bukhash, Entrepreneur and Host of #ABtalks

Anas keeps the internet real, and for that, he takes home the Legacy Award. He started an iconic movement with his talk show #ABtalks and brought real stories to the forefront. No sugar-glazed, TRP-boosting content, but real human content that the community connected with instantly. With the idea to get to know the ‘human behind the title’, Anas Bukhash’s platform became a space for public figures to share their truth and speak about topics that are rarely discussed.

And for these efforts of his to keep conversations raw and honest, the community has chosen him.
