9. Vikas Khanna launches “Forgotten Flavours”

India’s culinary excellence is world-famous, and the celebrated chef Vikas Khanna is bringing this magic through his hotel Kiara. They’re kicking off a new quarterly dining series, ‘Forgotten Flavours’ inspired by India’s most iconic festivals on October 3rd.

Guests will enjoy live storytelling, an intimate meet-and-greet with the Michelin-acclaim chef, and a keepsake menu that’s almost as delicious as the food itself. With only 60 seats, this is one for the foodie bucket list.

8. Beauty kweens brush up for the biggest-ever edition of Beauty Unbound

Mark your calendars, beauty lovers. Beauty Unbound 2025 is taking over Nakheel Mall and it’s bigger and better than ever! This edition brings together the iconic Charlotte Tilbury, Huda Beauty, Fenty, Filorga, and regional K-beauty favs. Look out for exclusive launches, game stations, limited-seat masterclasses, and so much more!

7. Mann Marzi opens for a soulful dining experience

Dubai’s dining scene welcomed something unique this month. Mann Marzi, which translates to “what the heart desires,”has opened at Wafi City and it’s an absolute sensory theatre.

Inspired by the Silk Route read and admired in history books, they’ve blended flavours from the Sindh to Samarkand with a global touch. Each dish is designed as a story, a dialogue between heritage and modern creativity. The menu itself unfolds in chapters, inviting diners to taste a journey rather than a meal.

And for the ultimate indulgence, there’s ISHQ by Chef Bhatia – a 19-course invitation-only experience that merges food, music and theatre into a journey like no other.

6. Watch your internet fav comedian at Dubai Comedy Festival

Dubai, get ready for a night of unfiltered laughs. Shawn Chidiac, the Lebanese-Canadian comedian behind the viral hit “My Parents Are Divorced” (MPAD), brings his mix of bold humor, cultural wit, and unforgettable characters to the Dubai Comedy Festival.

What started as Instagram skits quickly turned into cult classics across the Middle East, and now he’s bringing it live on stage. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to MPAD, this is a show that promises to keep the laughs coming.

5.The Saturday Welly Club at The Nine

Dubai foodies, are in for some new Saturday rituals. The Nine, the signature British gastropub at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, is launching The Saturday Welly Club, a celebration of one of Britain’s most iconic dishes: the Beef Wellington.

Every Saturday from 12:30 PM, you can enjoy a classic Brit experience cutting into that absolutely delicious Wellington, served with melt-in-the-mouth potato, onion marmalade, beef jus, and a crisp Yorkshire pudding.
