The incident took place on November 2018, after the 35-year-old defendant sent voice notes to the victim threatening to sleep with the victim’s wife, had the money he owed not been returned. The victim added, in his statement, that the defendant said he’d come to the victim’s house and ‘destroy his marriage if he didn’t pay him the money.’
The victim reported the whole thing to Barsha police station, wherein the defendant admitted to the threat but added that it was only said out of anger and to scare the victim.
