A World Record Structure Has Been Unveiled At Legoland And It’s Definitely The Coolest Thing You’ll See This Week

The Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building, so it makes sense that when creating a MINILAND of lego, the Burj replica was also going to be the world’s tallest Lego creation.

The unveiling of the statue is part of a huge teaser to get people excited for the opening of the park at the end of October.

They’ve really outdone themselves…

Like the Burj itself the staggering 17 metre tall structure will feature some creative LED light shows and beneath it they’ve only gone and made a fountain show …just like the one at Dubai mall.

Real Vs Lego…can you spot the difference?

The man hours behind the construction are seriously impressive

450,000 bricks were used in the construction and 5,000 hours were spent making it…. We kid you not.  The park itself will feature over 40 interactive rides shows and attractions and, as you can imagine, an amazing display of Lego, including a replica of the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which was unveiled in September.

Want to see it?

Doors to the Jebel Ali located park open on October 31st. We can’t wait.

The entrance looks pretty cool
