1. The first-timers

Dubai is filled with different nationalities, who until now have only heard rumours of St. Patricks’s Day and the epic party that comes with it.

Jaws-dropped and wide-eyed at first, before they inevitably get stuck into the shenanigans.

4. The people who learn to Irish dance for the first time

 Most people have seen Irish dancing on TV, but have you ever seen it in real life?

No doubt the Irish in attendance will try and recreate the steps… but the best bit is watching people learn for the first time, high kicks and all.

5. The ones who dress up as Conor McGregor

Let’s face it, most people outside of Ireland will have heard of Ireland for one reason this past year; fighting champ Conor McGregor.

And any excuse to get the top off, eh?!

6. The Irish

Make no mistake, the Irish will be out in droves to celebrate the big day. Find them covered in green and teaching anyone who’ll listen ‘a cupla focal’ (a few words in Irish)
